I may be wrong, but I read somewhere that the Kyivstar Internet provider is in second place among all providers in Ukraine. I have to introduce them Home Internet Kyivstar. Even in spite of the fact that they began to provide home Internet relatively recently, they have already managed to get a large number of subscribers. Many of my friends and relatives have Home Internet from Kyivstar connected, and I can't say anything bad about this Internet provider.
And they offer routers, which of course attracts many. True, the TP-Link TL-WR741ND router that they give is not suitable for everyone. From the simultaneous connection of several devices, it simply hangs on the load, which it cannot handle. The Internet disappears "Without access to the Internet", the router has to be rebooted, etc., I wrote about this in this article. They also recommend D-Link DIR-300, HUAWEI HG232f, HUAWEI WS319. All these models can be ordered for a promotion, and how to get support. If one of the above routers fails, you can contact support. However, I'd rather go to the store and buy a router that suits me. But, if you do not want to understand all this, then you can take one of the options offered by the provider.
In this manual, I want to show the process of setting up a Tp-Link router for the Kyivstar home Internet provider. Not everyone uses TP-Link TL-WR741ND routers offered by this provider. Therefore, we will consider setting up the Internet for the Kyivstar provider on different Tp-Link models. If you have a TP-Link TL-WR741ND router from your provider, and you want to configure it, then this instruction will completely suit you. And since the settings for Tp-Link are the same on almost all models, this will be a universal instruction.
Setting up a router to work with a Kyivstar provider is actually very simple. This is because it uses Dynamic IP connection technology. And there is no MAC address binding. Therefore, as a rule, it is enough to connect the Internet to the router in the WAN connector, and it immediately starts working. The router distributes the Internet via Wi-Fi and cable. Just on the router, usually the default connection type is Dynamic IP.
Before setting up, I advise you to reset the router to factory settings. This will delete old settings that may already be set in the router, and which may interfere with us. Press and hold the RESET button for 15 seconds. See instructions for example Tp-Link.
If during the process of configuring the router, you cannot access the control panel, the settings will not open by the IP address of the router, then see this manual.
Connecting and configuring a Tp-Link router for Kyivstar
1We connect the cable from Kyivstar to the Tp-Link router and prepare it for configuration. The internet cable must be connected to WAN connector router. At Tp-Link, it is usually blue and signed. You can connect a computer (laptop) to one of the yellow LAN connectors from which we will configure. You can configure the router via Wi-Fi by connecting to the wireless network, which will appear immediately after turning on the power of the router.

3In the settings go to the tab Net (Network) - WAN... Opposite the WAN Connection Type, select Dynamic IP address (Dynamic IP), and press the button Save (Save).
The password for the Wi-Fi network can be configured on the tabWireless Security (Wireless Security).
If you have any difficulties, then see the instructions for setting a password on Tp-Link. Do not forget to save the settings, and reboot the router (System Tools tab - Reboot).
After rebooting, the router should work with the Kyivstar Home Internet provider and distribute the Internet. You can connect your devices via Wi-Fi using the set password.
