Beautiful, powerful, the best is TP-Link Archer C3200. Recently, in the comments to an article on choosing a router, I was asked to recommend a powerful model for several computers, smartphones, tablets and Smart TVs. The requirements are decent: watching online videos (including 4K), online games, Internet TV, downloading torrents. And all this simultaneously on multiple devices. I am sure that the TP-Link Archer C3200 router would cope with these tasks without straining.

Nowadays, you won't surprise anyone with dual-band routers. Therefore, TP-Link created the Archer C3200 model. This is a tri-band router. It broadcasts one network at 2.4GHz (maximum speed 600 Mbps), and two on 5GHz (speed 1300 Mbps on each channel). This was done to reduce the load on the router. Thanks to this, a large number of devices can be connected to the router without reducing the speed. This is very cool if you have a lot of devices in your home or office that you want to connect to your router via Wi-Fi. Everything will work stably, you can be sure.

This monster works on a processor with a clock speed of 1 GHz, and 3 more coprocessors help it. Everything is done to ensure that the Archer C3200 router can withstand heavy loads from a large number of connected devices. Wi-Fi coverage is also excellent. Six antennas, albeit small, do their job well.

The main task of this router is stable operation when connecting many devices. Even looking at the TP-Link Archer C3200 and its power supply, you realize that it's built for more than just sharing Wi-Fi across multiple phones. Therefore, it makes sense to buy such a router when you have many different devices in your house and you want to create a stable Wi-Fi network. Or when you don't have a goal to save money. You can purchase Archer C3200, configure it, and just use a stable Internet. I’m sure you don’t have to reboot your router every time, endure low speeds, etc. As this often happens with budget models.

TP-Link Archer C3200 review

Almost the entire router is made of high quality black plastic. TP-Link has no problems with the assembly, even on budget models.

On the top panel, in the middle there is a company logo, small antennas rise in a circle. The design is very interesting.

On the front, there are standard indicators that glow blue. And three buttons: a Wi-Fi on / off button, a WPS button, and a button to turn off the indicators. An unusual function, but it can be useful to many. It happens that at night these same indicators interfere a little. Here you can simply turn them off.

Nothing interesting on the sides. And all the connectors and buttons are located on the back. There we have 4 Gigabit LAN ports, one Gigabit WAN port, two USB (one of which is version 3.0), and a power adapter connector. Of the buttons only RESET, and the power button.

Top and bottom panel in holes, which is very good for router cooling. But I still advise you to install the router in a place where there is air circulation. The router needs to "breathe".

Of course, TP-Link Archer C3200 stands firmly on the table thanks to the rubber feet. Also, it is possible to hang the device on the wall.

Archer C3200 reviews

I have traditionally read what people write about this router on the Internet. There are not very many reviews of TP-Link Archer C3200. Well, this is understandable, the model is expensive, and its audience is small. But everything is fine, as it should be for such a device. Speed, stability, Wi-Fi coverage, everything is fine here.

I really liked the Archer C3200. By the way, if you buy this router, then see my setup instructions. It can be configured both through the browser, there is already a new control panel, and through the TP-LINK Tether application from a mobile device.

Be sure to leave your feedback on the TP-Link Archer C3200 in the comments below. Good luck!
