Hello! The whole problem is that you cannot enter the TP-LINK TL-WR740N settings. I understand correctly, after you type the address of the router (192.168.0.1, or domain) in the browser, a search engine opens with a list of sites? Are you connected to the router? Is the Internet disconnected from the computer?
Write the address of the TP-LINK TL-WR740N router in the address bar, not in the search bar. Try a different browser.
