Good afternoon. I think this is a hardware failure of the ASUS WL-520GU. Possibly a problem with the power supply. Because of this, at the slightest load, ping grows and problems appear with connecting to the Internet. I don’t think the radar is affecting your router in any way. Moreover, your computer is directly connected by cable. And until then, everything worked.
I can advise you to do a factory reset on the ASUS WL-520GU and try to configure it again. If the problem persists, the ping will grow when devices are connected, then most likely you will have to buy a new router. This ASUS most likely has already worked out.
