You have described your question very briefly. Even the problem itself is not clear. Either the page at http://tplinkmodem.net does not open at all, or the factory login and password admin / admin do not fit.

• If the first problem is, the settings of the ADSL modem TD-W8960N at tplinkmodem.net do not open, the authorization page does not even appear, then you need to check if you are connected to the modem. There may be problems with the network adapter settings on the computer. I wrote about all these settings in the article: it does not go into the settings of the router. You can also try to go to the TP-Link TD-W8960N settings at 192.168.1.1, or 192.168.0.1.
• If the authorization page opens, but the password and login admin and admin do not fit, then the reason is most likely that the password and / or login was changed in the modem settings. And now the factory ones won't work. In this case, all that remains is to reset the modem to factory settings. You need to press, and hold the Reset button for 10 seconds.
