I go into the game and the speed increases dramatically to 40-70 Mbit / s. There are also no problems when watching videos on YouTube, or when loading pages. Only when downloading files. Tried resetting network settings, changing browser but nothing helps. I use the YOTA 4g Lite modem.
Windows firewall is off, otherwise the YOTA modem refuses to give good speed with it. Previously, everything was fine, I also returned the PC to the restore point, when everything was still good, but it also did not help.

- In browsers, when downloading files, the speed is usually indicated in Mb / s. The download speed is 3 Mbps, which is about 30 Mbps.
- How and where do you see the speed in the game? The speed of what? Is it exactly indicated there in Mbps? If this is exactly the speed of downloading files, then it is unlikely that it is indicated in Mbps.
- It is best to check the speed in Mbps according to this instruction.
- The download speed strongly depends on the server from which the file is being downloaded. This speed can be limited manually, or depending on the load on the server.
- You have the Internet via a cellular network (via a YOTA 4g Lite modem). This connection tends to be very erratic. The speed can drop and rise a lot.
You can take this modem, connect it to another computer and check the speed of downloading files.
