Hello. If the login / password for the Sagemcom router cabinet from Rostelecom does not fit, and you tried to enter the factory login / password, then the reason is most likely that the master changed them when setting up the router. They often do this so that users cannot enter the settings of the router and change some parameters there. I can't be 100% sure that this is your case, but most likely it is.
Look at the documents that the master from Rostelecom gave you after setting up the Sagemcom router. Maybe he wrote down a new username and password. Or maybe it is recorded somewhere on the router itself. If not, then you can call Rostelecom support, maybe they set the same password there, and will prompt you.
I would also try to enter the Sagemcom settings with the factory login and password through another browser. The error "Invalid username or password" may be gone.
Well, the last option is to reset the router to factory settings. But this is an extreme case, since you will have to re-configure everything. This includes setting parameters for connecting to Rostelecom. And it's not a fact that you will succeed. You can stay without the Internet at all.
