It would be more correct to direct this question to your ISP. He's exactly in the subject. I don't know what type of connection your ISP is using. If you have a username and password, then most likely PPPoE, or L2TP.
Is the Internet connected to the WAN port on the router? If you start a connection on your computer to connect to the Internet and enters a login / password, then on the router in the WAN settings, the Dynamic IP connection type (which you now have installed) cannot be. Most likely because of this, the Internet does not work over Wi-Fi, since you do not start a connection on these devices.
You need to configure the router so that it "lifts" the connection to the provider (set the login / password in the TL-WR741ND settings). And he just distributed the Internet to computers and mobile devices.
But again, you have some kind of local network there, and I don't know if this is possible at the provider level. Therefore, you need to ask them.
