Netis WF2419E router, all the lights are on, you cannot connect to the web interface either, the hard reset button does not help, access to the Internet via wired ports does not work, and the router cannot be seen through wireless connections. I tried to reset using the button holding for more than 2 minutes, it does not help. Ping also does not see the router. This problem appeared today, before that I used it normally at night. More than a month ago I updated its firmware to the latest one due to instability in work. After the update, there were some improvements, but still I had to reboot about once a week. Please help me solve the problem.
Update: a question from Kirill (04/09/2020). Hello! I bought a router two years ago. Then the provider configured it. A year later, strange things began. Either the Internet fell completely, then it rebooted itself. We thought we might call the provider the next day? The next day this thing appeared as in the photo (all indicators are on and do not change).
Netis WF2419E router model. So they called the provider, they took the router for diagnostics, unsuccessfully, they said the board burned out. And today I was going to throw out the box with under it and then I hear something rushing there, take it out and diagnose it myself. The board was free of corrosion and water flooding and did not burn at all, the result is the same as in the photo. Thanks in advance!

As a rule, when all the indicators (light bulbs) are on on the router, this indicates a problem with the hardware. Hardware failure. Not only on Netis routers.
The flash memory on your Netis WF2419E is most likely damaged. Or something with the board itself, power. It is hardly possible to restore it at home. Do not go into the settings, Reset does not work. Only repair in a workshop, or buying a new router. Well, replacement / repair under warranty, if any.
