The situation is this: there are 2 laptops: laptop1 and laptop2. Note1 is old, laptop2 is new. They have Win7 and wi-fi distribution points were created from them via the command line. Usually laptop2 is connected to the Internet via a wire.
The problem is that laptop2 distributes wi-fi during the usual start of distribution via the command line, but the phone (and therefore laptop1) cannot connect. The eternal "IP Connection" is written on the phone.
Further: I tried to create a point on laptop2 using programs. Now the phone and laptop1 will connect, but after a while the distribution on both devices disappears. On laptop2, the Internet always works smoothly. To start the distribution of wi-fi again, you have to dance with a tambourine (and the program), only then it works. But periodically the situation repeats itself, which is very annoying for the one working at the laptop1 and me, that every time I have to spend time on setting.
At the same time, if you connect the wire to laptop1, it distributes Wi-Fi without interruption, it never disappears. "Disabling the device to save energy" on laptop2 is removed (although it is checked, it is on laptop1, and nothing interferes).
Here's an incident. I could have missed something else from the settings. But I have already tried all the suitable options found on the Internet (and on this site). All the same, after a while, the distribution of wi-fi disappears.
