From the title, I understood that the computer is connected via Wi-Fi. Have you tried connecting it to a router, only via a network cable (which was included with the router)? And yet, at the moment when the connection is lost, what is the connection status on the computer (on the notification panel)? Do you see a yellow exclamation mark?
The problem of unstable Wi-Fi operation may be due to both the router and the computer. There may be some interference on the Wi-Fi network channel. You can try changing the Wi-Fi channel in the settings of your Zyxel Keenetic router. We exclude problems with the provider, as I understand it, the Internet directly works stably.
