Strange partial loss of WI-FI on laptop

Good afternoon! My problem is very strange: the Internet disappears partially and for short periods of time. At first everything works fine, then at some point, out of 20 available networks, the laptop starts to see 2-3 networks, and the Internet speed drops dramatically. This is solved by disabling and re-enabling wireless networks. Immediately everything appears (again he sees 20 wi-fi networks), but after 5 minutes the same thing: again 2-3 networks and low speed. I tried to install the adapter driver, scanned for viruses - nothing helps. I will be glad if you can offer a solution or give any advice!

Answer

Good afternoon. Yes, the problem is not easy. It's too bad you didn't write what Windows is installed and how the laptop works with Wi-Fi networks elsewhere. It is very important. You can eliminate the loss of Wi-Fi signal due to some kind of interference.

You most likely have Windows 10 installed, and the problem is most likely in the driver. True, there may be something with the adapter itself, which is installed in the laptop.

Did you download the driver from the official site for your laptop model?

You can also try to remove the adapter, or replace the driver from the list of already installed ones. More details here: https://help-wifi.com/reshenie-problem-i-oshibok/reshenie-problem-s-drajverom-besprovodnogo-wi-fi-adaptera-v-windows-10/

And set the "Maximum Performance" power plan on your laptop.
