I don't know why, but ASUS routers do not have this option. There are parental controls, which are not suitable for blocking certain sites for certain clients. There you can configure a time limit for specific devices.
You can block the site in the settings of the ASUS router. Using a firewall, more specifically the URL Filter or Keyword Filter function. But there is a minimum of settings, and most importantly, you cannot configure blocking for a specific device.

It turns out that there is no solution to your problem. Do not block access to the site for a specific user. For some reason, ASUS missed this moment. And the method described above does not block sites that use the https protocol.
