As soon as the laptop is restarted, everything is fine. I'm already tired of this, very often it happens at the wrong time.

Why didn't you write what specific error is after the Wi-Fi connection on Windows 10 is lost and you try to reconnect? The Wi-Fi network itself disappears even during operation, or when the laptop is idle (possibly going into standby mode)? Have you checked how it works with other Wi-Fi networks?
