When the Slinex RX-30IP converter is connected via WiFi (Asus RT-N11P router) via the Cloud Call application (Xiaomi Redmi Note 4x smartphone), a window appears in the application: Device not found! Please check your settings and try again. All permissions in the smartphone are installed. The account and password are up to date. A previously connected lp video camera, smart socket, smartphone, tablet are connected to the router. Everything is working. Hello. I did not have to configure the Slinex RX-30IP, but after looking at the information on the Internet, I noticed a few moments due to which you may not be able to connect to the Slinex RX-30IP from your smartphone.

If you connect this converter via Wi-Fi, then the setup process goes as follows:

On Slinex RX-30IP you need to hold down the "TD" button for 4 seconds. It activates access point mode. The access point mode indicator on the front will light up. You need to wait a little until the indicator starts blinking. It will reboot.
On the phone (in your case, Xiaomi Redmi Note 4x), we connect to the Wi-Fi network, which is distributed by Slinex RX-30IP. It looks something like this:
Launch the Slinex application on your phone. Click Add New Device. There will appear instructions that you need to skip.
Next, from the list of networks, select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password CORRECTLY. So that Slinex RX-30IP can connect to your Wi-Fi network.
A message will appear that after successful connection to your home network, the Slinex RX-30IP will beep.
Connect your smartphone back to your home Wi-Fi network. Since the converter and the phone will be connected through the same router, you can further configure the converter from the phone (via the local network).
