The life of the device is ~ 2 years.
Connections: 1 PC via LAN port and 2-3 devices via Wi-Fi.
At one point, the router's access point disappeared (on all devices). After checking the router, only the power indicator was on, and every 10-15 seconds all the others lit up for a second. The Internet on a PC via a LAN cable also did not work (it does not see the network, as if nothing was connected). I connected it directly to the computer, the Internet worked fine, that is, it's not about the provider. The Reset button does not respond in any way to a long (10+ seconds) press, multiple on / off switching of the router and cables were unsuccessful.
This is the first time I come across this, so I ask for help with this issue. Thanks in advance.

There was a similar question on TP-Link TL-WR841ND. True, the author of that question had only the power indicator on the router. And you still have all the indicators light up every 10-15 seconds. On these routers, all indicators usually light up when the router is powered on. Then only Power remains on and within about one minute the router boots up and the other indicators gradually light up. Perhaps in your case the TL-WR841N automatically reboots these every 10-15.
I think the problem is with the hardware of the device. That is, something with iron. It is unlikely that this is a software breakdown. And it hardly makes sense to try to restore it according to this instruction. Moreover, it does not even respond to the Reset button.
Perhaps this is due to the power supply. You can find a power supply unit with the same characteristics and try to connect the router through it.
TP-Link TL-WR841N is a reliable router, but for some reason yours gave up. Although, I have already worked for two years. Perhaps there was some kind of voltage drop in the power grid. They are very afraid of this.
