Good afternoon, recently outlived my home router tp-link decided to purchase a new one for replacement and chose between Mikrotik hAP lite RB941-2ND and Mi Wi-Fi router 3. Since I use a lot of Xiaomi equipment and I was quite pleased with the decision to buy the latter. Initially, it was impossible to configure through the application. then did not see the router then the account did not want to login. Spitting through the Web interface, the router itself pulled up the latest update.
Then, after several resets to the factory, it turned out to connect the application to the router, but it still does not see the connected devices and when trying to enter any settings it swears and feels unable to connect to the roter (see the figure below).
Despite the application, further digging through your articles, I configured the following parameters via the web interface:
- Qos disabled
- Internet speed costs 1000/1000 Mb / sec by hand
- Dual-band Wi-Fi disabled
- One network is working 2.4 wall penetration signal strength.
- The provider has a speed of 100 Mb / s, which, in principle, is available and verified by cable (Figure below), PPPoE connection.
As a result, none of the three phones in the tests showed a speed higher than 3 Mb / s on average stable Megabits.
The laptop is no higher than 8 Mb / s and it's all in a room with a router, and it doesn't matter which one. And the application does not work at all, unbind the router, do not unbind, bind again, etc.

Good afternoon. What do you have in the Mi Wi-Fi application - I don't know. And to be honest, I didn't quite understand. Kind of like your "Burdin" router is selected in the app. Maybe you had to first create and log into your Xiaomi account in the application. According to the idea, everything is simple there: we connected the phone to a router, in the Mi Wi-Fi application, select "set up a new router" and follow the instructions. Instructions for setting up Xiaomi routers through the application are only in my plans.
Yes, the speed is very low. Moreover, if such a bad speed on all devices. What was the problem with the old router? Wi-Fi speed drop?
Have you tried to enable or disable the "QoS Traffic manager" service? Try it. After changing the settings, save them and reboot the router. As far as I understand, you have already watched this article: why the Xiaomi router cuts the speed over Wi-Fi and the Internet is slow.
What's with the 5 GHz band? What's the speed in it? Why did you turn it off. Most likely some of your devices support the new standard. Why not check it out.
Are there many nearby Wi-Fi networks in your home?
I would try to completely reset the settings on Xiaomi (I know you have already done a reset) and configure Mi WiFi Router 3 via the computer according to the instructions. Everyone has seen your screenshots.
